hiya, so this is my 2nd outfit post, therefore i'm not gonna go on about what's it about.. i just want to mention that soon you'll realize that most of the clothes in my wardrobe are in black and blue.. and the reason for that is the fact that i believe that black clothes make you look a bit skinnier.. i've never been and i don't think i will ever be as skinny as i would like to be.. i'm quite curvy.. it runs in my family, so there's not much i can do about it, but black clothing helps a little bit, haha and i think it's safe to say that blue is my favourite colour.. it makes my eyes stand out a lot more and i just think it suits me quite a lot, haha

also you'll realize that i don't have one particular style, ok, most of the outfits i wear to school are quite similar and could be classed in one style i think, because i have the smart office dress dresscode, but on the weekends or after school i wear quite different stuff

chau, tātad šis ir mans otrais apģērba raksts, līdz ar to es nerunāšu par ko tas ir.. es tikai gribu pateikt ka drīz tu  pamanīsi ka lielākā daļa drēbju manā garderobē ir melnas un zilas.. un iemesls tam ir fakts ka es ticu tam ka melnas drēbes liek tev izskatīties nedaudz tievākai/am.. es nekad nēesmu bijusi un es nedomāju ka es kādreiz būšu tik tieva cik es gribētu būt.. esmu diezgan apaļīga.. jo tas ir manā ģimenē, līdz ar to es neko daudz nevaru darīt lietas labā, bet melns apģērbs palīdz nedaudz, haha un manuprāt es mierīgi varu teikt ka zila krāsa ir mana mīļākā krāsa.. tā liek manām acīm izcelties daudz vairāk un es domāju ka tā man piestāv diezgan daudz..

arī tu pamanīsi ka man nav viens noteikts stils, ok, lielākā daļa apģērba ko es velku uz skolu ir diezgan līdzīgi un varētu būt klasificēti vienā stilā man liekas, tādēļ ka man ir elegants ofisa tērpa dreskods, bet nedēļas nogalēs un pēc skolas es nēsāju diezgan savādākas drēbes

OOTD #1

hellooo, this is my first OUTFIT OF THE DAY post and i've wanted to start posting these since i joined sixthform.. actually even longer than that.. i've wanted to make outfit posts for months and i was planning to do them on my old blog, but i never did, haha, but since i started sixth form it's been really bugging me every single day that i need to start making these posts, haha

i never found the time to take pictures, because i'm quite busy most of the time.. sixth form is killing me with the huge amount of work we need to do :( however, i started making a plan for each day, so i manage my time better and do what i need to do and it actually helps me a lot.. in each of my everyday plans i'm gonna include at least one blog post a day, yay.. i will try to do outfit posts everyday, but i don't promise anything as sometimes it's hard to find the time..

chaaau, šis ir mans pirmais APĢĒRBS NO ŠODIENAS raksts un esmu gribējusi sākt taisīt šos rakstus kopš es sāku sixthform'u.. patiesībā pat ilgāk.. esmu gribējusi sākt taisīt apģērba rakstus mēnešiem un es plānoju to darīt savā vecajā blogā, bet nekad nesanāca, haha, bet kopš sāku sixthform'u tas tiešām mani baksta katru dienu, ka man vajag sākt taisīt šos rakstus, haha

es nekad neatradu laiku uztaisīt nildes, tapēc ka lielākoties esmu aizņemta.. sixthform'a mani galina ar milzīgo devu darbu kas mums ir jādara :( tomēr, es sāku taisīt plānu katrai dienai, lai es kontrolētu savu laiku labāk un izdarītu to ko man vajag izdarīt un tas tiešām man ļoti palīdz.. katrā dienas plānā es iekļaušu vismaz vienu bloga rakstu dienā, yay.. es centīšos uztaisīt apģērba rakstu katru dienu, bet es neko nesolu, jo dažreiz ir grūti atrast laiku..

as i go sixth form, we don't need to wear uniform anymore, but the dress code is smart office dress and what it basically means.. is that we can't wear jeans or any denim, we can't wear really high heels, trainers, trackies, short skirts or dresses.. we need to dress as if we are going to work, haha.. however we are allowed to wear quite a lot of stuff which i thought won't be allowed, like leather jackets and leggings, but i'm super happy that we are allowed them, because pretty much all i wear is leggings, jeans, denim shirts and jackets, and leather jackets, haha (:

takā es eju sixthform'ā, mum vairs nevajag nēsat uniformu, bet dresskods ir elegants ofisa tērps un ko tas būtībā nozīmē.. ir thas ka mēs nevaram vilkt džinsus vai jebkādu džinsa audumu, mēs nevaram vilkt ļoti augstus papēžus, botes, treniņbikses, īsus svārkus vai klietas.. mums vajag ģērbties tā itkā mēs ietu uz darbu, haha.. 

bet mums ir atļauts vilkt diezgan daudz drēbju, kuras man likās ka nevarēs, piemēram ādas jakas un legingus, bet esmu nereāli priecīģa ka mēs varam to nēsat, jo lielākoties viss ko es nēsāju ir legingi, džinsi, džinsu krekli un jakas, un ādas jakas, haha (:

hiya, i want to talk a little bit about photography.. if you've read my back to school post (click here to read it) then you know that i'm doing photography a level.. i've already had 8 photography lessons so far and we've been learning about aperture, shutter speed and iso, and today in 2 lesson time we learnt a little bit about white balance and composition which include some photography rules..
chau, es gribu bišķi parunāt par fotogrāfiju.. ja tu esi izlasījusi/is manu back to school rakstu (spied šeit lai to izlasītu) tad tu zini ka es mācos fotogrāfijas a līmeni.. man jau ir bijušas 8ņas fotogrāfijas studas līdz šim un mēs mācāmies par diafragmu, ekspozīcijas ātrumu and iso, un šodien divu stundu laikā mēs mācijāmies nedaudz par baltās krāsas balansu un kompozīciju kurā ietilpst daži fotogrāfijas noteikumi..

my school provides us canon eos 1100d dslr cameras, which are pretty cool cameras and i'm planning to ask my parents to get me one for my birthday..

photos are created by light and the 3 things that determine how much light enters the camera are aperture, shutter speed and iso.. and on our first 2 or 3 lessons we were learning about aperture which refers to the adjustable size of the hole in the camera that lets in the light.. it is measured in f-stops and the smaller the f-stop number is, the larger the opening is..

aperture is important, because it determines the depth of field, or the portion of the photo that is in focus.. a wide open aperture gives a very shallow depth of field, so only a small portion of the photo will be in sharp focus, and everything in front or at the back will be very blurry.. a very small aperture gives a much greater depth of field, so everything in the photo will be in focus.. front to back.. 

mana skola nodrošina mūs ar canon eos 1100d dslr kamerām, kuras ir diezgan foršas kameras un es plānoju prasīt saviem vecākiem lai viņi nopērk man vienu uz dzimšanas dienu..

bildes ir veidotas no gaismas un 3īs lietas kas nosaka cik daudz gaismas tiek kamerā ir diafragma, ekspozīcijas ātrums un iso.. un mūsu pirmajās 2ivās vai 3ijās stundās mēs mācijāmies par diafragmu kas attiecas uz regulējama izmēra caurumu kamerā kurš ielaiž iekšā gaismu..  tas tiek mērīts f-stop'os un jo mazāks the f-stop'a skaitlis ir, jo lielāks atvērums.. 

diafragma ir svarīga, jo tā nosaka asuma dziļumu, vai daļu no bildes kas ir fokusā.. plati atvērta diafragma dod ļoti seklu asuma dziļumu, līdz ar to tikai maza daļa no bildes būs spēcīgā fokusā, un viss priekšplānā vai aizmugurē būs izplūdis.. ļoti maza diafragma dod daudz lielāku asuma dziļumu, līz ar to viss bildē ir fokusā.. no priekšas līz aizmugurei..

then we learnt about shutter speed.. it's the length of time that the image sensor 'sees' the scence you're attempting to capture..

shutter speed is measured in seconds - or in most cases.. fractions of seconds.. the bigger the denominator the faster the speed.. for example 1/1000 is much faster than 1/30..

to freeze movement in an image faster shutter speed is used and to let the movement blur slower shutter speed is used.. the speeds vary depending upon the speed of the subject in the shot and how much you want it to be blurred..

tad mēs mācijāmies par ekspozīcijas ātrumu.. tas ir ilgums kurā bildes sensors 'redz' ainu kuru tu mēģini noķert.. 

ekspozīcijas ātrums tiek mērīts sekundēs - vai lielākoties sekundes daļās.. jo lielāks saucējs, jo ātrāks ekspozīcijas ātrums.. piemēram 1/1000 ir daudz ātrāks nekā 1/30..

lai apstādinātu kustību bildē ātrāks ekspozīcijas ātrums tiek izmantots un lai izpludinātu kustību tiek izmantots lēnāks ekspozīcijas ātrums.. ātrumi mainās skatoties uz objekta ātrumu bildē un cik izpludinātu tu to vēlies..

BACK TO SCHOOL

hey, so i'm starting school tomorrow after 3month long holidays.. before i finished school i thought i'm gonna go college, because i really wanted to.. you know fresh start, new friends and everything, but after i got my exam results on the 23rd august.. i decided to stay in my school.. in sixth form and do 4 a levels.. (if you're from england..you deffo understand what i'm on about) i decided to do photography, spanish, communication and culture and d.t. (graphics)

i wanted to do a levels in college, but you're only allowed to do 3 or if you get reallyreally good grades then you can do 4.. i didn't put in a lot of effort in my gcse's, i didn't revise for most subjects or i did last minute revision.. basically read through some stuff the day before the exam, haha.. so my grades were quite bad, but they were good enough to do a levels in college or stay in sixth form..

at college i wanted to do business studies, art and do spanish in my old school, because college doesn't do language classes and because i really love (friendly love, haha) my schools spanish teacher.. but as i didn't pass art, i can't do it, i was really upset, because art was the subject i wanted to do the most.. then i decided that i'm gonna do business and photography in college and spanish in my old school.. i went to college for my interview and for some weird reason i felt like it's not for me and i decided that i should go sixth form.. the fact that i can do 4subjects there.. which means more opportunities really spoke to me..i swapped business with communication and culture, because business is in the same block as spanish and i can do only one subject from the same block, so i chose spanish, i got an a in spanish for my gces's, so i definitely wanted to continue learning it.. first of all, because languages are good for any kind of job, the more languages you speak the better.. and also because i'm good at it.. i didn't put in any effort into spanish, but i still got an a, so i was really happy about it (: i still picked photography instead of art, because photography develops your creativity skills and it's just something i enjoy, so i would like to learn everything about it.. and i picked d.t. (graphics) because i did graphics for my gcse's and i passed it.. even though i thought i never will, haha, but i did and i didn't know what other subject i should pick, so i was like ok d.t., because i did it before, so i know a little about it.. 

wow this is a huge intro, i didn't want it to be this long, but i'm in a talkative mood today, so you have to excuse me, haha..

chau, tātad es sākšu skolu rītdien pēc 3īs mēnešu garām brīvdienām.. pirms es pabeidzu skolu es domāju ka es iešu koledžā, tapēc ka es ļoti gribēju.. zin kā jauns sākums, jauni draugi un viss pārējais, bet pēctam kad saņēmu savus eksāmenu rezultātus 23ajā augustā.. es izdomāju ka palikšu savā skolā.. sixth formā un mācīšos 4rus a līmeņus (ja tu esi no latvijas, tev gjau nav ne jausmas ko tas nozīmē, bet ja gribi lai es sīkāk paskaidroju.. uzraksti man dr.lv) es izdomāju mācīties fotogrāfiju, spāņu valodu, komunikāciju un kultūru un grafiku..

es gribēju mācīties a līmeņus koledžā, bet tu tikai vari mācīties 3īs vai ja tu saņēmi ļotiļoti labas atzīmes tad tu vari mācīties 4rus.. es īsti necentos priekš saviem eksāmeniem, es nemācijos ārpus skolas priekš lielākās daļas priekšmetu vai arī es pamācijos pēdējā minūtē.. būtībā pārlasiju pāri dažām piezīmēm dienu pirms eksāmena, haha.. līz ar to manas atzīmes nebija īpaši labas, bet tās bija pietiekami labas lai es varētu mācīies a līmeņus koledžā vai palikt sixth formā..

koledžā es gribēju mācīies biznesu, māksu un mācīties spāņu valodu savā vecajā skolā, tapēc ka koledža nepiedāvā valodu klases un tapēc ka man ļoti patīk (draudzīgi patīk, haha) mans vecās skolas spāņu valodas skolotājs.. bet tākā es nenokārtoju mākslas eksāmenu, es nevaru tālāk to mācīties, es biju ļoti bēdīga, tapēc ka māksla bija priekšmets ko es gribēju mācīties visvairāk.. tad es izdomāju ka mācīšos biznesu, fotogrāfiju un spāņu valodu manā vecajā skolā.. es aizgāju uz koledžu priekš manas intervijas un dīvainā kārtā man likās ka tas nav priekš manis un es izdomāju, ka man būtu jāiet sixth formā.. fakts ka es varu mācīies 4rus priekšmetus tur.. kas nozīmē vairāk iespēju ļoti uzrunāja mani.. es samainīju biznesu ar komunikāciju un kultūru, jo bizness ir tajā pašā korpusā kurā ir spāņu valoda un es varu mācīties tikai vienu priekšmetu kas ir tajā pašā korpusā, tādēļ es izvēlējos spāņu valodu, jo es dabūju a manā eksāmenā, līdz ar to es noteikti gribēju to turpināt.. pirmkārt tapēc ka valodas ir labas jebkādam darbam, jo vairāk valodas tu zini, jo labāk.. un arī tapēc, ka man spāņu valoda padodas.. es vispār necentos spāņu valodā, bet es tikuntā dabuju a, tapēc es biju ļoti priecīga par to (: es joprojām izvēlējos fotogrāfiju mākslas vietā, tapēc ka fotogrāfēšana padara labākas tava radošuma prasmes un es vienkārši to izbaudu, līz ar to es gribu iemācīies visu par to.. un es izvēlējos grafiku, jo es liku eksāmenu grafikā un es viņu noliku, kautgan es nekad nedomāju ka es viņu nolikšu, haha, bet es noliku un es nezināju kādu citu priekšmetu izvēlēties, tapēc man bija tāds ok grafika, tapēc ka es to mācijos jau iepriekš, līdz ar to es jau zinu kko par to..

wow šitas ir milzīgs ievads, es negribēju lai tas ir tik garš, bet esmu runātīgā garastāvoklī šodien, tapēc jums man jāpiedod, haha..

so yeah, i went school shopping on friday and i bought lots of clothes and some stationary stuff.. and i want to show you what stationary stuff i bought and how i organised it..

my theme turned out to be black, white and hot pink, which is cool, because before i went shopping, i didn't think i will find stuff which kinda of match, but i did (:

so i bought 4 black and white stripe folders for each subject + 2 black and white notebooks

tātad jā, es biju iepirkties priekš skolas piektdien un es nopirku daudz drēbes un dašus stacionāros piederumus.. un es gribu jums parādīt kādus stacionāros piederumus es nopirku un kā es tos organizēju..

mana tēma sanāca melna, balta un spilgti rozā, kas ir forši, jo pirms es gāju iepirkties, es nedomāju ka es atradīšu lietas kas itkā ir saskaņots, bet es atradu (:

tātad es nopirku 4ras melnbaltu strīpu mapītes priekš katra priekšmeta + 2ivas melnbaltas klades

 

then i found some zebra print stuff, so i got 2 zebra print notebooks, (these and the other 2 notebooks is one for each subject) then i got zebra print pencil case and some pens which come with some sticky notes (:

tad es atradu dažas zebras raksta lietiņas, tātad es nopirku 2ivas zebras raksta klades, (šitās un otras 2ivas klades ir viena katram priekšmetam) tad es nopirku zebras raksta penāli un dažas pildspalvas ar līmplapiņām (:

i also got some necessary bits and bobs, like rubbers, a ruler, gel pens, highlighters, correction pens and colour pens 

es arī nopirku dažus nepiecešamus sīkumus, kā dzēšgumijas, lineālu, gēla pildspalvas, neona flomīšus, korektorus un krāsainās pildspalvas

 

then i got a new bag from new look and it was only £19.99

i found some good stuff from last year which i didn't really use, but it will be useful this year, like 2notebooks, some unused pencils (i knew i had a bit left, that's why i didn't buy new ones) and some folders.. i also have really similar pencil case i bought last year to the zebra print one.. it's still in a really good quality and i wasn't planning on buying a new one, (i thought i will use my old one) because i didn't wanna spend a lot of money on stationary stuff, but on clothes.. but before i went shopping, i said to myself.. only buy a new one if you find one which you really like and i love the zebra print one + it was extremely cheap, so i was like HELL YEAH, haha

es atradu dažus labus piederumus no pagājušā gada kurus es ne īpaši izmantoju, bet kuri būs noderīgi šogad, piemēram 2ivas klades, neizmantoti parastie zīmuļi (es zināju, ka man ir daži palikuši, tapēc es nepirku jaunus) un dažas mapes.. man arī ir ļoti līdzīgs penālis kuru es nopirku pagājušogad tam zebras raksta penālim.. viņš vēl ir ļoti labā kvalitātē un es neplānoju pirk jaunu, (es domāju, ka izmantošu savu veco) jo es negribēju tērēt daudz naudas priekš stacionārajiem priekšmetiem, bet priekš drēbēm.. bet pirms gāju iepirkties teicu sev.. pērc jaunu tikai ja atrodi tādu kas tev ļoti patīk un es dievinu to zebras raksta penāli + viņš bija ļoti lēts, takā man bija tāds HELL YEAH, haha

NOW ONTO ORGANISING..

i put some sticky thingies on each of my folders and wrote the subjects on them, so i know which one is for which subject and then i put 1 notebook in each folder and i will keep the notebooks in those and take them out when i will need to write something in them + put some other papers etc. in the folders, so all the stuff stays in one place

TAGAD PIE ORGANIZĒŠANAS..

es uzlīmēju kkādas līmlapiņas uz katras mapītes un uzrakstīju priekšmetus uz tām, lai es zinu kurš ir kurš priekš katra priekšmeta un tad es ieliku 1nu kladi katrā mapē un es turēšu klades tajās un izņemšu tās ārā, kad man vajadzēs kko pierakstīt tajās + likšu dažus citus papīrus utt. mapēs, lai viss ir vienā vietā

then i put all the pens and everything in my zebra print pencil case and the spare rubbers, pens and other spare stuff in my old pencil case, which i won't take to school, but keep it at home and take the stuff out of it in case i lose something and i guess i will be swapping these two pencil cases from time to time, because i love both of them (:

tad es saliku visas pildspalvas un visu pārējo savā zebras raksta penāli un rezerves dzēšgumijas, pildspalvas un pārējās rezerves lietiņas manā vecajā penāli, kuru es neņemšu uz skolu, bet turēšu mājās un paņemšu kko no tā ārā, ja es kko pazaudēšu un man liekas ka es mainīšu šitos divus penāļus ik pa laikam, jo man patīk abi (:

i put some paper, sticky notes in this pink folder, which has plastic pockets, in case i need some paper + i put my ruler in there as it doesn't fit in my pencil case..

es ieliku bišķi papīra lapas, līmlapiņas šitajā rozajā mapē, kurai ir plastmasas kabatiņas, gadijumā ja man vajag papīra lapas + es ieliku savu lineālu tur takā tas neietilpst manā penālī..

and i wanna show you some last bits that will always be in my bag, because it's really necessary stuff for me.. (wipes, hand sanitizer, tissues, lip balm, mirror and a little comb) i will probably gonna carry water bottle on daily basis with me + some food which will change all the time and some makeup, haha

JEFFREY CAMPBELL SHOES

hey, today i decided to let you know about my.. i don't really know how to call it.. 'obsession' with jeffrey campbell shoes maybe? but thinking about it.. i shouldn't call it an obsession, because unfortunately i don't own a single pair.. YET, haha

anyway, i'm absolutely in love with most of the jeffrey campbell shoes.. and i'm planning to start a collection as soon as i start earning my own money (: his shoes are not that expensive actually, but most of them are over £100, so it's not that cheap either, but i know that they are really good quality and the designs are extremely amazing, so i guess they are worth it..

i'm sure you've heard of jeffrey campbell before or you've seen some of his shoes before.. if you have tumblr then definitely, haha

at the moment there are so many copies on ebay.. they look exactly the same, but the quality of them is quite bad, that's why they are cheap.. i actually ordered a pair of classic lita boots from ebay a few months ago and they are not that bad, i can't really complain, but i bet the real ones would be 10times better, haha

katrā ziņā, man šausmīgi patīk lielākā daļa jeffrey campbell apavu.. un es plānoju sākt kolekciju tiklīdz es sākšu pelnīt pati savu naudu (: viņa apavi nav tik dārgi īstenībā, bet lielākā daļa ir pāri 100ls, tapēc viņi nav arī nemaz tik lēti, bet es zinu ka viņiem ir ļoti laba kvalitāte un dizaini ir ļotiļoti forši, tapēc man liekas, ka tie ir tā vērti.. 

esmu pārliecināta, ka esi dzirdējusi par jeffrey campbell apaviem jau iepriekš vai arī redzējusi dažus viņa apavus jau iepriekš.. ja tev ir tumblr tad noteikti, haha

šobrīd ebay ir ļoti daudz kopiju.. tās izskatās tieši tā pat, bet kvalitāte tām ir diezgan slikta, tapēc viņas ir lētas.. es patiesībā pasūtīju pāri klasiskos lita zābakus pāris mēnešus atpakaļ no ebay un viņi nav tik slikti, es nevaru tā īsti sūdzēties, bet es varu saderēt īstie būtu 10reizes labāki, haha

CITY SKYLINE NAILS

hello, so today i want to show you how to make these gorgeous nails..

chau, tātad šodien es gribu jums parādīt kā uztaisīt šos skaistos nagus..

i started off with applying base coat on my nails to protect them and then i applied one coat of white nail polish..

es sāku uzlakojot pamatkārtu uz maniem nagiem lai tos aizsargātu un tad uzlakoju vienu kārtu baltas nagulakas..

after applying white nail polish, i took a make up sponge and painted a stripe of blue and purple nail polish on it.. then dabbed it on a paper a few times to remove the excess polish..

pēc baltās nagulakas uzklāšanas, es paņēmu kosmētikas sūklīti un uzkrāsoju strīpu zilas un violētas nagulakas uz tā.. tad es viegli paspiedu to uz papīra, lai noņemtu pārpalikušo nagulaku..

then i just pressed the sponge onto my nails to create the sky and then removed the nail polish around my nails with a q tip..

tad es uzspiedu sūklīti uz maniem nagiem lai radītu debesis un tad noņēmu nagulaku apkārt maniem nagiem ar ausu kociņu..

after that i painted some random buildings with a black nail polish, they are really easy to do.. you can do the same kind of buildings for each nail, or be creative, haha

pēctam es uzkrāsoju pamīšas celtnes ar melnu nagu laku, tās ir ļoti viegli uzkrāsot.. tu vari taisīt viena veida celtnes katram nagam, vai arī būt radoša, haha

and last few things i did was.. add some lightening rods, a lot of dots on the buildings with yellow nail polish and the moon with white nail polish and i finished off with applying top coat (:

un pēdējās pāris lietas ko es darīju.. pievinoju dažus apgaismojuma stieņus, daudz punktiņus uz celtnēm ar dzeltenu nagu laku un mēnesi ar baltu nagu laku un beidzu uzklājot virskārtu (:

BROWNIES

hey, so if you don't know me.. one of the things i think you should know about me is that i'm a very lazy person and because of my laziness i suck at many things.. one of them is cooking. i'm seriously really bad at it. i never really need to do it as my parents always cook for me and if i'm hungry and i have no one around who could make food for me.. i just don't eat.

but recently i decided that i need to learn how to cook.. i mean i need to start being more independent and i want to change my diet a little bit and it means cutting out most of the things my parents cook and that means i need to cook for myself and i'm willing to do so..

so i will be making at least one cooking post a week to tell you how i'm doing, because i think that will keep me motivated (:

chau, tātad ja tu mani nepazīsti.. viena lieta kas pēc manām domām tev būtu jāzina par mani ir tas ka es esmu ļoti slinks cilvēks un dēļ mana slinkuma es sūkāju daudzās lietās.. viena no tām lietām ir gatavošana. man tā tiešām nepadodas. man nekad tā īpaši nav jāgatavo, jo mani vecāki vienmēr gatavo priekš manis un ja man gribas ēst un man apkārt nav neviena kas varētu man uztaisīt ēst.. es vienkārši neēdu.

bet pēdējā laikā es izlēmu, ka man ir jāiemācās gatavot.. ar to es domāju, ka man jāsāk būt daudz neatkarīgākai un es gribu mazliet pamainīt savu uzturu un tas nozīmē atvadīties no lielākās daļas ēdiena ko gatavo mani vecāki un tas nozīmē, ka man vajag gatavot pašai priekš sevis un esmu apņēmusies to arī darīt..

līdz ar to es taisīšu vismaz vienu gatavošanas rakstu nedēļā, lai pastāstītu kā man iet, jo es domāju, ka tas mani motivēs (:

so yesterday i was making brownies for the first time in my life.. when i took them out of the oven and tried them, they were disgusting, but later on when they cooled down, they were lush and i'm pretty happy how they turned out (:

tātad vakardien es taisiju 'braunijus' pirmo reizi savā mūžā.. kad es izņēmu viņus no cepeškrāsns un pagaršoju tos, viņi bija pretīgi, bet vēlāk, kad tie padzisa, viņi bija ļoti garšīgi un esmu diezgan priecīga par to kādi viņi beigās iznāca (:

the ingredients i used were.. 

sastāvdaļas ko es izmantoju.. 

• 1 cup of melted butter
• 1 krūze kausēta sviesta

• 3 cups of white sugar
• 3 krūzes baltā cukura

• 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar/extract
• 1 ēdamkarote vaniļas cukura

• 4 eggs
• 4 olas

•  1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
•  1 krūze nesaldināta kakao

• 1 tablespoon of salt
• 1 ēdamkarote sāls

• 1 1/2 cups of flour
• 1 1/2 krūzes miltu

 

so all i did was, pre-heated the oven on it's maximum temperature and at the time, i greased a metal pan with an oil..

tātad viss ko es darīju bija, uzkarsēju cepeškrāsni uz tās maksimālās temperaturās un tanī pašā laikā es ietaukoju metāla pannu ar eļļu..

then i mixed the melted butter, 3 cups of sugar and tablespoon of vanilla sugar/extract together in a big bowl..

tad es sajaucu kopā kausēto sviestu, 3 krūzes cukura un ēdamkaroti vaniļas cukura lielā bļodā..

then i added the 4 eggs, one at a time and mixed it all together.. afterwards i took another bowl and into that one i added a cup of cocoa powder, 1 1/2 cup of flour and 1 tablespoon of salt and mixed it together, then i gradually added that to the other bowl and mixed it all together..

tad es pievienoju 4 olas, pa vienai un sajaucu to visu kopā.. pēctam es paņēmu vēlvienu bļodu un tajā es pievienoju krūzi kakao, 1 1/2 krūzes miltu un 1 ēdamkaroti saļs un sajaucu to kopā, tad es pakāpeniski pievinoju to otrai bļodai un sajaucu visu kopā..

then i spread the mixture evenly on the metal pan and put it in the oven for 40 minutes..

tad es vienmērīgi uzklāju sajaukumu un metāla pannas un ieliku to cepeškrāsnī uz 40 minūtēm..

then afer 40 minutes i took it out of the oven, cut it into little squares and added icing sugar (:

tad pēc 40 minūtēm es izņēnu to no cepeškrāsns, sagriezu mazos gabaliņos un pievienoju pūder cukuru (:
